Shipping & Terms

SHIPPING
Within the US, all orders ship free.

We want you to get your goods right away, and will make every effort to ship your order immediately. However due to the small nature of our business, it may take up to 7 days to ship your order. If for any reason it will take longer than that, we will contact you to let you know what to expect.

Within the US, we ship USPS Priority Mail. We can sometimes accommodate special shipping requests - please contact us to arrange. We do not currently ship outside the US.

RETURNS
We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. If your order is defective/broken in some way, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@deojewelry.com.

To return your product, contact us for a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

PAYMENT
By completing your online order, you confirm that you have the authority to make a purchase using your chosen payment method.

WHOLESALE
We'd love to hear from you, should you be interested in offering our products via your own retail and/or online shop. All wholesale purchases made online must be resold directly to your own customers and are expressly not intended for personal use. See our listings, or simply contact us for our recommended retail pricing.
